Who we are
This website presents The Conjurors, the magic and mind-reading act of Matthew Pomeroy and Natasha Lamb. For any question about your personal information, email info@theconjurors.co.uk.
What this website collects
You can browse the public website without giving us any personal details. We do not create a customer profile for anyone who has not submitted an enquiry. Customer profiles are enquiry records, not browsing or marketing profiles. The website does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools. Like any website, the hosting service processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type so pages can be delivered and protected from abuse.
Enquiries and customer profiles
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and message, with optional phone, organisation, event date, location and event type. Submitting the form securely stores the full enquiry and creates or updates a customer profile in our private enquiries system. We use that profile only to respond to your enquiry, including discussing the event you asked about. Authorised administrators can read your enquiry and add notes relating to our response. A later enquiry is linked to the same customer when either the email address or phone number matches. Simply browsing does not create a customer profile, and enquiring never signs you up to marketing.
Why we use information
We reply to enquiries because you asked us to, and to take steps before any booking you request. We keep the website secure because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Where the law requires consent, such as embedded YouTube video, we ask first and you can change your mind at any time.
Who else is involved
The website is hosted by Lovable using Cloudflare infrastructure, and enquiry records are stored in Lovable Cloud. Access to the private enquiries system is restricted to authorised administrators. YouTube receives information only if you allow embedded video and press Play on a film. Ticket links take you to external sellers such as Ticketmaster, who handle their own purchases and privacy. Some providers may process information outside the UK under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your customer profile, full enquiries and related notes for seven years from your most recent enquiry. If you make another enquiry with a matching email address or phone number, the seven-year period restarts from that new enquiry for the linked profile and its records. After that period, the profile, enquiries and notes are removed by our daily deletion process. Choices saved in your browser stay there until you change them or clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to how it is used, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Email info@theconjurors.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity and will normally reply within one month.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
